Permanent Residence based on real estate ownership

It is necessary to own non-agricultural real estate valued by an accredited appraiser at $100,000 or more.

It is not necessary to purchase the property for this amount; it is possible to purchase it for a lower price, invest in repairs and improvements, and then have the property appraised for the purpose of applying for a permanent residence permit.

The permanent residence permit is valid for one year and can be extended up to 12 years.


Residence permit based on investments

You need to either purchase real estate (the purchase price is important) for at least \$300,000 or invest in the Georgian economy. In the first year, you need to show a turnover of \$50,000, in the second year, \$100,000, and in the remaining three years, you need to show a turnover of \$120,000.

Residence permit validity period: 5 years with the right to an indefinite residence permit after.
